ファイル読みました。まず、糖尿病もそこそこひどかったみたいですね。インスリンを投与されています。腎機能も慢性腎機能不全の4だから、結構悪いよ。糖尿病で悪くしたのか、尿路結石で左の尿管が詰まったりしているから、そのせいか。あるいは両方が悪さしたか。片側だけ悪くて4にはならないから、石も両側にあるし、やっぱり糖尿病と尿路結石と両方が悪いかな。そして肝心な治療ですが、まずは血管内治療をやったようです。大動脈がちょうど逆Y字に分かれて左右の足に流れていくそのY字部分に瘤があるみたいです。ちょっとどんな血管内治療かはわからないけど、多分、瘤の部分に人工の血管を入れたんだと思う。というのも、その後に、血栓除去術をしているから。人工の血管を入れたからそこに血液の塊ができて、右足に行く血管が詰まりかけたみたい。で、もう一度血栓除去術（直訳すれば、塞栓だけど）をやってる。普通は血液が固まらない薬を併用すればこんなことは起こらないはずなんだけどねぇ。血液が固まらない薬は Heparin あるいはwarfarinです。手術の材料費が高いのは何度か血管内治療をやったことになってるからじゃないかな？つまり、一度でいいのに、3回もやってるから。
